No customer account is required. Free resources download directly, while paid resources become available after payment confirmation.
Select the Free Download button. A payment flow is not required for a resource whose price is zero.
Enter a valid Safaricom M-Pesa number and start payment. When the prompt arrives on your phone, enter your M-Pesa PIN there. The website then confirms the payment and provides the download.
Use Try again or Use another number. A cancelled request is not treated as a successful payment. Do not repeatedly enter your PIN if you are unsure of the request.
Open Purchase Recovery, enter the M-Pesa transaction code from the confirmation message and recover the matching download. You can also use the purchase history stored for your browser.
A preview may not have been generated yet, the source format may not be supported, or preview conversion may have failed. You can still use the free or purchase button if the resource itself is available.
Where available, the preview shows protected, watermarked images of only the first few pages. It is a sample for checking relevance and is not the complete downloadable document.
